The Maryland Association of Student Councils is Maryland's Student Voice.We train leaders, advocate for students, and facilitate communication for student leaders throughout the state of Maryland.
Description: This is the updated Constitution. Amended in July of 2014, this document is not yet official and is pending approval by the General Assembly.

This training is for any interested student leader who wants to be an MASC trainer and has never had the technical training course. This includes any trainer who has been a workshop presenter/trainer before but has not completed the MASC full training.
Re-certification of student leaders is also being offered at the same time/place.
The 2014-15 MASC Membership application is now available. We encourage schools to apply for membership as soon as possible, even before this school year actually ends.

- Presentations for the state charity included The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Habitat for Humanity, and Just for Us. The latter was selected to be the state charity of the year. The new Executive Staff members were approved.
- Harford County’s bid to host Convention was presented and approved.
The MASC Bylaws are renewed each year, and govern the "day-to-day" processes of the organization. The President is responsible for submitting bylaws for his/her administration. The President is also assisted by the Parliamentarian with writing the Bylaws. The most updated Bylaws are below, which was approved by the Executive Board at the August Executive Board Meeting on August 22nd, 2014.
